By accessing or using KazeAI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users including visitors, registered users, and developers.
KazeAI is a multilingual AI platform providing AI-powered assistance across multiple domains including healthcare, legal, agriculture, government services, education, business, and general assistance. The service is available in Kinyarwanda, English, French, and Swahili.
You are responsible for: - Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials - All activities that occur under your account - Providing accurate and current information - Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
You agree not to use the Service to: - Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information - Violate any applicable laws or regulations - Infringe on intellectual property rights - Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content - Attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise the Service - Use the Service to generate spam or automated messaging - Impersonate any person or entity
KazeAI provides AI-generated information for general guidance only. Our AI modules — including KazeHealth, KazeLaw, KazeGov — do NOT constitute professional medical, legal, financial, or government advice. Always consult qualified professionals for critical decisions. AI responses may contain errors or outdated information.
The KazeAI platform, including its software, design, and content, is owned by KazeAI Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. Content you create and submit remains yours, but you grant KazeAI a license to use it to provide and improve the Service.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Refunds are provided within 7 days of subscription start for unused service. Free plan limits are enforced and may be changed with notice.
We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KazeAI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of Rwanda. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Kigali, Rwanda, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
